Can I use MailContact for an app built with AI?
Yes. Add your support address to an app built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or any other coding tool. Contact forms can send messages to the same inbox.
Can I reply from the support address?
Yes. Use MailContact or reply from the verified email address receiving your alerts. Answers use your project’s address and stay in its history. Pro or Plus required; existing conversations only.
Do I need a domain or email provider?
No. MailContact provides an @mailcontact.cc address and handles email delivery. There are no DNS or mail server settings to configure.
Can I use my own domain?
Project addresses currently end in @mailcontact.cc. Custom email domains are not supported.
What is included with Pro?
€9/month includes 10 project inboxes, each with a contact email and form, plus replies, team sharing and notifications. Incoming messages and replies share the 1,000-message monthly limit.
Can a teammate help answer support messages?
Yes. On Pro and Plus, invite collaborators to selected inboxes or all projects. They can join with Free accounts. Replies show who sent them and use the owner’s message allowance.
